Individual counseling is available in person at my office in Loveland, CO for ages 18 and up.

Fees: $125-clinical hour session $150-clinical 1 1/2 hour session $200-clincial 2 hour session

Many clients find that a longer session time is more effective for working through things more quickly and efficiently, often shortening overall time in counseling. I find the 90-minute and 2-hour sessions so helpful that I offer them at a discounted rate to make them more accessible.

I offer several subsidized spots for clients each week. If the full rate causes a financial burden, please let me know, and we will try and work something out. If you can pay the full rate, great! That is used to help others who cannot, so I can offer more subsidized spots to make counseling more accessible.

Individual or couples counseling is available through telehealth within the State of Colorado. Currently, Colorado requires both counselor and client to be within state lines to participate in telehealth.

I blend my professional training in couples counseling with the Prepare and Enrich material to go deeper into the work together. We use your personalized assessment results together in session to cover the prevalent topics research shows are helpful for couples to work through before marriage. Additionally, I include couple's skill work from my training in Emotionally Focused Couples (EFT) therapy and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO)  to help you learn to track your negative cycle, understand how attachment impacts and shows up in your relationship with each other. Learning how to understand what is happening in you and how to communicate to work through conflict and repair ruptures in your relationship can be transformative and move you closer together, making you more secure and healthy in your relationship.

IFS is an evidence-based psychotherapy, helping people heal by accessing and healing their protective and wounded inner parts. IFS creates inner and outer connectedness by helping people first access their Self or Soul and, from that core, come to understand and heal their parts through relationship with self and God. As a Christian and a therapist, I have found it to be incredibly conducive to integrating a Christian worldview for clients seeking Christian counseling. I have completed Level One Training for Internal Family Systems and the Intimacy from the Inside Out 6 months Circle Program for Couples Training.
